My Goals and Intentions for 2019

Hey guys, it’s Veronica.

Today, I wanted to share my goals and intentions for 2019. It might seem like they’re the same thing, but there is a difference between the two! And while most people preach the importance of setting “SMART” goals, I think that also setting intentions, which are not as easily measured, can contribute to cultivating the mindset needed for achieving your goals. But I’m not a psychologist, so what do I know!

In this post, I’ll be going through some of my most important intentions for the year, as well as detailing each of my goals. If you’re looking for ideas or inspiration for your own 2019 goals, read on!

Hong Kong 2017

It’s been about a year since I traveled to Hong Kong alone and I recently realized I never posted my photos from that trip. I’m not a talented photographer but I’m really happy with a lot of the photos I took, and I have so many good memories attached to each one. Since I didn’t visit a new country during my last two vacations, I think it would be nice to relive that trip and share my photos here. I’ll be telling my story through captions along the way!

Getting Back into K-Dramas with “Strong Girl Bong-Soon”

My Korean Language Journey Thus Far

Hey guys, it’s Veronica.

I’ve been studying Korean off and on for a few years now so I thought it was time to take a look back at my journey and to also refocus my goals for the future. I’ll be sharing some information about why I first became interested in Korean, different methods I’ve used over the years, how I’m learning currently, and what I want to accomplish in the future. I won’t be sharing very many specific resources in this post as I plan to make more focused posts (and videos) about each category of learning materials like apps, books, websites, and more, so please keep an eye out for these topics in future posts. Until then, if you are interested in hearing how I got started and my journey thus far, please read on!

(I also made a video about my journey, so if you’re a TL;DR kind of person, you should scroll down to watch that instead of reading through the following novel. Haha!)
